Bunkhouse NuLu Hotel
The Bunkhouse NuLu Hotel is a 122-room, $31 million avant-garde hotel on a half-acre at 728 E. Market Street. The hotel’s amenities will include an outdoor art gallery and programmable space, mini-mart, rooftop restaurant and bar, and a culinary training center for Bunkhouse staff and other hotels.
Expected to open in early spring 2023, the hotel is a partnership between the Bunkhouse Group and Kaveh Zamanian, founder of Louisville-based Rabbit Hole Distillery. West Virginia-based Mountain Shore Properties is developing the project.
