4th Street Live!

4th Street Live! is an entertainment hub with bars and restaurants at the center of the city. The city signed a development agreement with Louisville Galleria LLC in July 2001 and amended it three times after that. The last amendment was signed in February 2004. Metro Council passed a resolution approving the contract with Cordish Cos. in July 2001.
