Program Fees

Availability of programs depends on the size of your group and the number of program staff available on the date you choose.

Environmental Education Programs
$7.00 per student
($70.00 minimum charge)

Team Building Programs
$12.00 per student
($180.00 minimum charge)

Alpine Tower Programs
$12.00 per student
($180.00 minimum charge)
In accordance with tower safety guidelines, groups larger than 24 are divided into two groups. While one group climbs, the other does team building activities in preparation for their climb.

Camping and Night Hike Pricing
Camping Prices (price includes a full day of team building or environmental education programs):

$25 non-refundable deposit due 10 days from the date of the booking.
$15 per person or $375 minimum charge.

Night Hike Prices: $7.00 per participant
($150.00 minimum charge)

Refund Policy
Refunds, less an administrative charge of $25, will be made when a two-week cancelation notice is given. No refund will be given for late cancelations or no-shows; however, in cases of inclement weather, we will be happy to re-schedule your trip, or give your school a credit that may be used at your convenience at any time throughout the year for any program of equal value.

As we are an outdoor facility, Metro Parks/Jefferson Memorial Forest shall not be liable for delays or cancelations occasioned by: acts of God, acts or omissions of the user or its designated participants, weather conditions, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

It is the intent of Metro Parks to make all programs and services accessible to all individuals regardless of ability level. If an accommodation is necessary for your participation, we ask that you advise Forest staff of the needed service in advance of your visit.
