Division of Compliance and Administration

Louisville Metro Government (Metro) through its Division of Compliance and Administration (DCA) ensures that homebuyers and projects receiving funds from the Office of Housing stay in compliance with the applicable rules, regulations and written agreements.  The Division of Compliance and Administration works with homeowners and owners and managers of rental properties through throughout their regulatory and loan terms regarding compliance requirements and loan servicing matters.

Annual Compliance Reporting for Rental Properties

Rental Projects within their contractual “Period of Affordability” are required to submit Annual Compliance documentation by July 31 of every year.
 
To complete your documentation, download and complete documents #1 through #3. Once completed, upload these forms as well as the additional documents requested in the form below.
 
Please use the applicable documents embedded below and upload them in the form below.
  1. Unit Compliance Report
  2. Project Compliance Certification
  3. Property Owner/Manager Information Sheet
  4. Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (Applicable to projects with five or more HOME units)
  5. Rent Increase and Utility Allowance Approval Form (if applicable)
In addition to the above items, the following items will also need to be uploaded as part of the annual reporting:
  • Audited Financials
  • HUD Utility Schedule Model (if project committed after August 23, 2013)
  • Current Operating Budget
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Lease Template
  • Current Rent Roll for all units
