The Down Payment Assistance Program through the Office of Housing and Community Development has exhausted all funding. New applications will be accepted beginning July 2019.


The Office of Housing and Community Development offers many resources to assist the homebuyers.  Click the links below to learn more.  

 
This programs is offered to residents interested in becoming a homeowner in the Russell neighborhood. Up to $24,999 could be offered to make improvements to a home. 
 
This program provides qualified homebuyers with a loan to assist with purchasing a home which will be their primary residence.
