Specialty Clinic: Sexually Transmitted Infection-Education, Prevention, and Treatment
The clinic is located at 914 E. Broadway, Suite #102 and is easily accessible by the #23 Broadway, #21 Chestnut St. and #43 Portland-Poplar Level TARC bus routes. For those driving, there is plenty of free parking. Please call 502-574-6699 if you have any questions.
The Specialty Clinic can test, diagnose and treat Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI). Free HIV testing is also offered at this clinic. We also offer testing for Hepatitis C.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. **Second Friday of every month hours are 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Patients will be seen by appointment only. (Please arrive early.)
Reduce your wait time: Please take the time to fill-in paperwork and bring to the clinic with you before you arrive. Must be completed using black ink only. You can view and download the registration forms.
If you must bring a child to your appointment, please bring an adult to care for the child while you are in the exam room. Children under 11 cannot be left unattended.
Results
- Rapid HIV test results within minutes.
- STI test results are back in 5 business days. A valid picture ID is required to receive a copy of your test results. Please call between 3-4 p.m. for STI results. (HIV results cannot be given over the phone.)
Fees
Your insurance will be billed for services received. Your insurance may not cover all services. If your insurance does not cover the services, or if you do not have insurance, the information below states the maximum fees you will be charged for these services. Any copayment provided to Specialty Clinic at the time of the visit would be subtracted from these fees.
Fast Track/Express Testing Includes testing only: chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
