Nucleus
Nucleus, also known as the Louisville Downtown Medical Center, is a large development area that encompasses the University of Louisville health science campus. The city signed a local participation agreement with Louisville Downtown Medical Corp. in 2007, and Metro Council approved an ordinance establishing the development area in August 2007.
