Mercy Apartments
Highland Station, a nearly 200-unit apartment complex, filled the vacant former Mercy Academy high school property. The city signed the local participation agreement with Louisville Broadway Apartments LLC in August 2016 and a development agreemetn in September 2016. Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in August 2016.
