Main & Clay
Main & Clay is a 269-unit apartment complex between downtown and the NuLu neighborhood. The development also includes a craft beer bar and restaurant International Tap House. The city signed the local participation agreement with Bristol Main & Clay Partners in July 2015 and amended it in September 2019. Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in March 2015.
