Lynn Family Stadium

The 15,300-capacity Lynn Family Stadium, home to NWSL's Racing Louisville FC and USL's Louisville City FC, is the centerpiece of a 40-acre, $200 million mixed-use development adjacent to Louisville's Waterfront Park near downtown that will include hotel, office, retail, restaurant and other commercial space.
The city signed a local participation agreement with Butchertown Development District and Louisville City Stadium LLC in November 2017, and Metro Council approved an ordinance establishing a development area in October 2017.
The initial development agreement with the Butchertown Development District and Louisville City Stadium LLC was signed in September 2017, and the final amended agreement was signed in October 2017. Metro Council approved the sale of the property through a surplus resolution in October 2017.
