GE Appliance Park
The 1,000-acre campus is home to longtime Louisville manufacturer GE Appliances. The city signed the local participation agreement with General Electric Company in March 2010. Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in May 2009 and amended it in January 2010.
