Fifth and Broadway
Local architecture firm Luckett & Farley has proposed redeveloping the former Bank of Louisville building at 500 W. Broadway into a $50 million, 195-room boutique hotel called Hotel Indigo in partnership with IHG Boutique Hotels Worldwide. The city has the local participation agreement with Fifth and Broadway LLC, and Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in November 2019.
