Colonial Gardens
The iconic Colonial Gardens building, located across from Iroquois Park, was designated a local landmark in 2008. The city purchased the property in 2013 to help foster its commercial redevelopment. In partnership with local developers Underhill Associates, Colonial Gardens is again a valued community asset.
The initial development agreement with Underhill Associates was signed in April 2014, and the final amended agreement was signed in October 2017. Metro Council approved the sale of the property through a surplus resolution in December 2017.
