Axis on Lexington
Axis on Lexington is a 300-unit apartment complex located in close proximity to NuLu, Bardstown Road and Frankfort Avenue. The city signed the local participation agreement with Cityscape Residential LLC in December 2015 and amended it in August 2019. Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in August 2015.
