800 Building
Originally built in 1963, the 800 Building south of Broadway was renovated by Village Green, which turned the 247 apartment units into 286 units and updated the building. The city signed the local participation agreement with Village Green Holdings in December 2015 and amended it in August 2019. Metro Council approved an ordinance to establish a development area in August 2015.
