18th Street and Broadway
The city signed a development agreement with Passport Health Plan in September 2017 and a local participation agreement in November 2017. Metro Council approved an ordinance establishing a development area in September 2017.

There was a previous development agreement associated with the property. In November 2006, the city signed a development agreement with NewBridge Development LLC and amended it in January 2011. NewBridge Development sold the property to Passport Health Plan in 2017.
