COVID-19: A Message to Licensees of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control

ABC Licensee,

Public Protection Cabinet Secretary Kerry Harvey has signed an Order, allowing restaurants with licenses to sell alcohol by the drink to provide package liquor to customers through delivery or carry-out. The Order also provides that all license types expiring at the end of April be extended until the end of June. Those licensees are able to continue operations despite the expiration of their licenses.

The Public Protection Cabinet will monitor these directives continuously and may extend or modify the Order at any time, and ABC officers will be checking for compliance of these directives while the order is in effect.
