Visitation Schedule

Louisville Metro Department of Corrections has multiple campuses. The time of our visit and location where you go to visit an offender depends on where the offender is housed and the offender’s status or classification. Please read the rules first to ensure everything will go as smoothly as possible.

Visitation is a two-step process.

  • First you must register for your visit. You must arrive and be signed in before the end of the sign up time. Please try and arrive as early as possible to the sign up time to ensure everyone gets a proper visitation.
  • Second you will be given a block of time during which your visit is intended to take place.

In response to COVID-19 concerns we are making changes to the visitation calendar to reduce the number of persons who congregate in the shared space where on-site inmate visitation occurs.  All inmate visitation has been suspended at this time to reduce any spread, or high volume of people congregating to one area. As of now, there will be no inmate visitation until further notice.

Check the website regularly for updates, this page will be updated immediately when any changes have occured to the visitation schedule. Additionally keep in mind that this schedule is subject to change at any moment.
