All electrical contractors are now required to request inspections through their Dynamic Portal Online Account.
Effective Immediately, all Health Department customers should submit all plans at 400 E. Gray Street, 2nd floor. We apologize for the inconvenience, if you have any questions or concerns you may call 502-594-1648 or 502-574-6650.
