Request for Proposals

The Office of Community Development issues a bi-monthly Request For Proposals (RFP) for structures that are ready for sale and renovation.  Due to COVID-19, the open houses normally conducted for the properties available in an RFP will be done through a virtual property tour.  Selected proposals will be given the chance to view the actual interior of the property prior to proceeding with purchase.

The Landbank Authority's August 2021 RFP is now available!
