VIP Support

VIP Support is the provision of services where the need exceeds the Standard Support model in response time and level of effort.  For users identified as VIPs,  Civic Innovation and Technology (CIT) provides faster response time along with desk side service when applicable.  CIT reviews VIP tickets in the Service Desk system on a daily basis to ensure timely resolution.

VIP Support includes the following executives or groups:

  • Office of the Mayor
  • Metro Council
  • Department Directors
  • Department Assistant Directors
  • Majors and above in Public Safety Departments
