Revenue Commission IT Services
The Revenue Commission IT Division provides technology services to the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission. We maintain Metro Government’s primary revenue collection system and related support systems, including the online services, tax collection system, enterprise content management solution, and support the Revenue Commissions auditing, compliance, and enforcement functions. Our services include IT Security and Compliance to ensure sensitive taxpayer information remains secure and protected, and to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for protecting tax information. We provide Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions, Asset Management and System Lifecycle Management, Application Development and Support, and Strategic Technology Advice and Planning. We provide daily operational support to the Revenue Commission, supporting business applications and systems through a help desk, providing data analysis and reporting services, and Datacenter management services.
