Mayor's Office for Special Events

The Mayor’s Office of Special Events produces community events and festivals via partnerships with the corporate, business and non-profit communities in the Louisville region.  These signature events are not supported directly by tax dollars and rely solely on the generosity and community spirit of our partners working in tandem with Louisville Metro Government to create a better quality of place for all citizens.

For general information, or to learn more about partnering with Louisville Metro, please email special.events@louisvilleky.gov or call 502-574-3427
