Commission on Public Art
The Commission on Public Art (COPA) was established in the Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances (LMCO 32.05) in 2010 to:
- Oversee the implementation of the Louisville Public Art Master Plan
- Review and propose public policy concerning public art and conduct periodic reviews of the Public Art Master Plan.
- Advocate for public art throughout Louisville.
- Review and develop plans for the inventory, maintenance, acquisition, and deaccession of public art owned by Louisville Metro.

2021 Commission on Public Art Meeting Schedule:
Beginning with the September 13th meeting, all remaining COPA meetings in 2021 will be held virtually via Webex and Facebook Live. Meetings are scheduled for 4 to 5:30p.m. on the following dates unless otherwise noted:
January 11 (3:30-5pm)
