This page, also known as the APCD "docket," lists proposed actions that may be pending before the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board or the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District.
Proposed actions may include Air Pollution Control Board Orders and Agreements, permits for facilities that emit air pollutants, new or amended APCD regulations, or changes to the APCD's ambient air monitoring network. You may comment on any proposed action during its public comment period at the link below.
