Just want to listen without video?
  1. Call (415) 655-0001
  2. Enter the meeting number when prompted

You may leave the meeting any time by closing your browser, application, or hanging up your phone.

Making a public comment at a Public Hearing or Board Meeting
  1. All attendees wishing to make a public comment during a public hearing or the public comment portion of a regular board meeting are asked to register by calling (502) 574-5218 or filling out a speaker registration form by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Registering assists the APCD in identifying commenters and transcribing minutes.
  2. To make a comment during the meeting, use the “Raise Hand” feature on the screen and your name will be called when it is time to speak.

If you’re just listening without video, press *3 to alert the meeting organizer. We cannot call your name because Webex does not identify phone callers by name, but we’ll announce that we have a comment via phone and you will be unmuted when it’s time.

When commenting, please tell the Board your name and adhere to the speaker time limit so that all comments may be heard.
