Equity Impact Statement
Ordinance No. 19 Series 2021 requires that all Metro agencies complete an Equity Impact Statement every fiscal year.
Department Equity Vision Statement:
The APCD will ensure the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of APCD regulations, programs, and policies.
