The Air Pollution Control District's Program Planning team is tasked with collaborating with internal and external partners to develop community-wide policy and programs to achieve cleaner air in Louisville Metro. Here are a few examples of this work:
The Program Planning team's work also includes communicating with the public about local air quality, responding to media inquiries, issuing Air Quality Alerts when needed, and creating and maintaining informational materials such as websites, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
