The APCD conducts its public meetings and hearings online now due to the COVID-19 restrictions on large gatherings. Here are some instructions on how you can participate.

2021 Past Board Meetings and Public Hearings

Draft minutes are usually available several days before the next regular Board meeting. Final minutes (approved by the Board) are available a few days after approval.

Archived Board Meetings and Public Hearings

The Air Pollution Control Board normally meets the third Wednesday of each month. Public hearings are held as needed, before the Board meeting.
