Archived Plans and Studies
Neighborhood/area planning has been an important part of the city planning process since the middle of the 20th century. Louisville has many historic neighborhood/area plans that are not legislatively adopted, either because they have been updated or because they were created prior to the Louisville Metro Government merger in 2003. These plans are still an important piece of history for Louisville's neighborhoods and can be found in the list below. This list is not comprehensive and is continuously updated as plans are made available in a modern format.
