POUND Exercise Class

The POUND Exercise Class provides a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. This class is designed for all fitness levels. Ages 16 and older.
 

 Amy Scholtz  will be instructing the class on Fridays from 1:30-2:30 pm at Berrytown Recreation Center. Call 456-8148 to reserve your spot.
