Beechmont Summer Concert Series

Concerts will be held each Friday for six weeks from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., starting June 3, and ending July 8. The Concert Series is designed as a free, outdoor musical experience at the gazebo (corner of Southern Parkway and West Woodlawn Avenue) with artists/bands from the Louisville Federation of Musicians (Local 11-637). Attendees will enjoy live music, experience the beauty of the Olmstead Parkway, and spend time with neighbors.

A planning committee of neighbors has worked together to bring a variety of acts to this series. The lineup is as follows:
June 3 - Swing 39 (Swing/Jazz)
June 10 - Hora Certa (Latin)
June 17 - Hog Operation (Bluegrass)
June 24 - Todd Hildreth Trio (Jazz)
July 1 - Donnie & The Thrillers (Rock)
July 8 - John Gage (Folk)

No vendors will be selling food or other items on the event site; however, attendees are encouraged to patronize local businesses in the Woodlawn Corridor and the surrounding areas.
