The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a construction permit to Brown Forman Distillery 2921 Dixie Highway, in accordance with Regulation 2.16. The 30 day public comment period starts September 19, 2015 and ends on October 19, 2015. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07

Sep 16 2015 Generation Tux to Open Operation in Louisville

A company looking to establish itself as a national leader in men’s formalwear rentals will open a facility in Louisville. Mayor Greg Fischer and Governor Steve Beshear today announced a Generation Tux distribution and customer service facility in Jeffersontown.

Generation Tux, a e-commerce business that provides rentals of tuxedos and other men’s clothing items and accessories, will create 80 jobs and invest $7.5 million into the project.
