Each month, Neighborhood Place partners provide numerous events and resources to benefit the entire family.  Activities in April include a mindfulness workshop to learn meditation practices, a series of classes to help manage health issues, workshops that help fathers with parenting skills and much more. Louisville – A bipartisan group of Louisville Metro Council members will hold a news conference on Tuesday, March 26th to discussion their recent vote on the proposed Insurance Premium Tax rate increase.

Members of the Metro Council plan to discuss the reasoning behind their vote as well as their thoughts on budget cuts already announced by the Fischer Administration.

The Jefferson County Attorney’s Office mourns the loss of Julie Lott Hardesty, our longtime First Assistant. Julie was first sworn as an Assistant County Attorney in 1988 and became First Assistant in 2001 under then Jefferson County Attorney Irv Maze. She died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 60.
