Jun 12 2019 Air Pollution Control District Proposed Permit

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Rogers Group Inc. (limestone quarry), 13400 Old Henry Road, Louisville, KY 40223 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This is a standard FEDOOP renewal, includes the addition of 3 conveyors (TC28, TC29 and TC6a) that were left out of 27662-14-F(R1) and the incorporation of construction permit C-0145-1000-19 for underground mining equipment. The 30-day public comment period starts on June 13, 2019, and ends on July 15, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
