Oct 5 2014 Proposed Title V Construction Permit for Louisville Medical Steam Plant

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a construction permit to Louisville Medical Steam Plant (Steam Production and Distribution Plant), Abraham Flexnor Way, in accordance with Regulation 2.03. The 30-day public comment period starts October 5, 2014, and ends on November 4, 2014. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

Beginning October 1, the Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness will conduct a phone survey to gather information about the health of Louisville Metro residents. The questions have been approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and are used throughout the United States under the CDC?s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS).
