The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. (lime kiln dust storage facility), 3121 South Floyd Street, Louisville, KY 40209 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This is a standard FEDOOP renewal. The 30-day public comment period starts on March 19, 2019, and ends on April 19, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit to Eurofins Genomics LLC (genomics lab), 12701 Plantside Drive, Louisville, KY 40299 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts on March 19, 2019, and ends on April 18, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a significant revision to a FEDOOP operating permit to MPLX Terminals, LLC—Kramers Lane Terminal (distribution of gasoline products), 3920 Kramers Lane, Louisville, KY 40216 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts on March 19, 2019, and ends on April 18, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
