Lieutenant Shannon Lauder, of the Louisville Metro Police Department Special Victims Unit has been asked to testify before the Metro Council’s Public Safety Committee regarding investigations of rape and sexual assault in the city on Wednesday, February 26th.

Between August 2, 2019, and September 3, 2019, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District held a public comment period on a proposed Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP) permit for Heaven Hill Distilleries – Bernheim Facility, Inc., 1701 West Breckinridge Street, Louisville, KY 40210, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District is scheduling a public hearing on this proposed permit on Thursday, March 26, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 West Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY 40203 in accordance with Regulations 1.08 and 2.07.  Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing.
