(Pigment Manufacturing Operation), 600 Bergman Avenue, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The significant revision is to add equipment from construction and remove greenhouse gas limits. The 30 day public comment period starts February 10, 2017 and ends on March 13, 2017. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
