The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a construction permit to Kosmos Cement Company (portland cement production), 15301 Dixie Highway, in accordance with Regulation 2.03. The project is to install a cement kiln dust transfer system. The 30-day public comment period starts on February 28, 2019, and ends on April 1, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

(synthetic rubber production), 4100 Bells Lane, in accordance with Regulation 2.03. The project is to install a new vacuum pump and knock-out pot. The 30-day public comment period starts on February 28, 2019, and ends on April 1, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Advance Ready Mix Concrete Plant 3 (batch ready mix plant), 3098 Element Lane, Louisville, KY 40299 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This is a standard FEDOOP renewal. The 30-day public comment period starts on February 26, 2019, and ends on March 29, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
