Nov 10 2014 Proposed FEDOOP Operating Permit for Component Finishing Unlimited

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit to Component Finishing (wood finish operation), 3138 Del Park Terrace and 3000 Magazine Street in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30 day public comment period starts November 11, 2014 and ends on December 11, 2014. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
