Jul 16 2019 Air Pollution Control District Proposed Permit

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit to Whayne Supply Company (Caterpillar dealership from heavy machinery, to agribusiness, to on-highway trucks), 1440 Cecil Company, Louisville, KY 40211 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This permit is being issued to renew the FEDOOP operating permit. The 30-day public comment period starts on July 17, 2019, and ends on August 16, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
