Metro Storm Debris Pickup Information

Storm Debris Dumpster Application FormStarting Monday, September 29, Louisville Metro Public Works crews will begin removing trees and limbs from the public right-of-ways throughout the city. The removal process will take at least two months based on the amount of debris created from the September 14 wind storm.

When will crews be in your area?
Click to use our
MyLouisville mapping tool to get an idea of when debris will be removed from your area.  Once you click the link above, you will put your address in and hit the "Find Address" button.  Once the page has loaded, you will see your Storm Debris Pickup Assignment zone in the right column, like this:

Just click on the zone link and it will display a map of the zone you live in and a status of Collection Completed, Collection in Progress or Coming Soon. Because the amount of debris is so large and unevenly dispersed throughout our community, Public Works cannot give residents an exact date for when their debris will be picked up.
