Construction, Maintenance and Utilities Road Closures:

Old Bardstown Road is closed between Providence Drive and Fairmont Road through December 31 for sewer installation.

West Washington Street will be closed between Sixth and Seventh streets on Saturday December 13  for overhead building repairs.  Closure will be for Saturday only.

Cabinwood Drive between Manner Dale Road and Frontier Trail will be closed November 19 through December 12 for utility construction. Local and emergency access will be provided.

Broad Run Road in front of number 8301 is restricted to one lane for repair of a failing retaining wall.  This location includes a sizeable embankment over a box culvert with concrete retaining walls. We have installed monitoring points and will be watching the roadway for any shifting or settling movements.  If such movements are noted we will have to close the road to traffic.

Cooper Chapel Road is closed between Yellow Pine Drive and Price Lane through approximately December 10. Work will start at Yellow Pine going towards Price. Traffic going to Timberbend will have to enter at Price Lane end until utility installation passes by this entrance. After that traffic will need to enter through Yellow Pine Drive.

Seatonville Road will be closed to thru traffic between Billtown Road and Shaffer Lane from November 24, 2014 through January 9, 2015, in order to construct a new bridge located between 11219 and 11221 Seatonville Road.  All other roads adjoining Seatonville Road located in  the closure area will be accessible.  Local access between the closure limits will also be provided.
