The Downtown Housing Fund is a revolving loan fund that assists developers with gap financing when redeveloping a downtown property that includes housing units.

The Fourth Street Forgivable Loan Program is an incentive for businesses that want to locate in the entertainment district, surrounding the Fourth Street corridor, south of 4th Street Live!
