Metro Councilman Jerry T. Miller to Host District 19 Town Hall Meeting

Louisville, KY –Louisville Metro Councilman Jerry T. Miller (District 19) will hold a district meeting on Tuesday, August 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the Middletown Fire Station #1 (108 Urton Lane) Councilman Miller will be joined by representatives from Metro Public Works, Metro Codes and Regulations, Transit Authority of River City, Metro Animal Services, Metro Parks and Louisville Metro Police Department 8th Division. Invited guests include elected officials State Representative Bob DeWeese, State Representative Ron Crimm, State Senator Julie Denton and Senator Rand Paul’s Louisville Field Representative, Whitney Meadows.
City of Middletown Mayor Byron Chapman, City of Douglass Hills Mayor Bill Lile, City of Blue Ridge Manor Mayor Mike Ober and City of Woodland Hills Mayor David Tilford will also be available to answer questions from residents.
Representatives from non-profits and other organizations will have informational tables. They include: 21st Century Parks , Louisville Water Company, Metropolitan Sewer District, Legal Aid Society, Project Warm, LG&E and Metropolitan Housing Coalition.
A representative from Time Warner Cable will be on hand from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to answer questions about cable services.
