Individuals wanting to launch a new career in manufacturing or certify their skills to get a better manufacturing job should attend an orientation session at the Nia Center in the next two weeks. The Kentucky Manufacturing Career Center is enrolling students now for its next Certified Production Technician training course that begins March 16 at the Nia Center, 2900 W. Broadway.

Feb 26 2015 Proposed FEDOOP Operating Permit 158-01-F (R2) For Vanegas Enterprises

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit to Vanegas Enterprises (fiberglass reinforced plastic air pollution control equipment manufacturer), 10090 Bunsen Way, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30 day public comment period starts February 27, 2015 and ends on March 30, 2015. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
