Green Roof

Construction of the first green roof on a Louisville city-owned buiGreen Roof Camlding is now complete. City engineers expect the new roof - over the Metro Development Center at 444 S. 5th Street - to reduce energy costs and improve insulation. The roof has been planted with hardy vegetation and trees.

The Green Roof Camera above will show the progress as the new roof "greens up" for spring.

The first time you view the progress you will be prompted to install the Sony camera software. Simply click the install button and you will be able to view the Green Roof.
