Notice of Public Hearing
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on June 19, 2013, on proposed Agreed Board Orders with Eckart America Corporation and Reynolds Consumer Products, Inc., Louisville Foil Plant. Eckart is alleged to have violated District Regulation 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits) and 2.03 (Permit Requirements - Non-Title V Construction and Operating Permits and Demolition/Renovation Permits) at its facility located at 4101 Camp Ground Road in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The Reynolds Order regards additional control of volatile organic compounds pursuant to District Regulations 1.08 (Administrative Procedures) and 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits).
Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Rachael Hamilton, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. June 18, 2013. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airorders @ louisvilleky.gov”. Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing on June 19, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
